A few weeks ago I went to Nicole for some instruction on how to release some of the tension in my lower back due to scoliosis. It's been causing problems lately in my pelvis, knees, and even my toes. I was getting really worried about this because I'm too young to be in chronic pain, having never sustained an injury of any kind. Naturally she was sympathetic, and with some minimal research, she came up with a method plan for me. She instructed me on a number of poses and explained in context necessity and proper order in which to exercise them. Even after the first session I feel a notable difference. I'm glad because now I don't have to start saving up for that total hip and knee replacement surgery I was worried about. :)
